supportHi, We are currently using your plugin and have a question: Will the membership be cancelled if the customer did not buy anything for a long period of time? For example 2 years? So can I confirm that the membership will expire after 12 months (the setting I set) if the customer did not spend any money to receive the points in these 12 months?
Hello, Thank you for your response, The membership expiration duration does not depend upon spend and if you have set 12 months period then the membership will expire after 12 months and does not depend on whether you have used the points or not Thank you
