Hello, I was looking over a few of my AdButler widgets installed on my site and noticed that the existing widgets I have in place and it shows “No Zones Available” within the “Zones” dropdown. I do have a key associated with the plugin and I currently have ads running, but I was surprised to see this was missing. The same also happens when I attempt to add a new AdButler Widget. Please help. Thanks, Eph https://wordpress.org/plugins/adbutler/ Hi Eph, Thanks for using the Plugin. We recently updated the plugin to support our asynchronous tags as well as improved some of the error handling functionality. Could you try clearing your key and entering it again. Which theme are you using? Hi, We had tried clearing and reinstalling both the current and previous versions under current and different themes and the issue still persists. The queues are still working and cycling ads, and I’m fortunate that the zones are set, but it will not work if I were ever add another ad widget slot. If I ever removed and replaced those widgets, I’m concerned that specifying a zone would be very questionable. Please advise on what the issue may be and steps to take in order to fix. This is very concerning. Hi, This was related to single publisher accounts and was not plugin related but part of the API and it has been fixed. Thanks for your patience S I just check and it is confirmed. Thank you very much for looking into this and the resolution.
