I get the error “Connection is broken …” when trying to use the plugin after installation: https://www.blog2social.com/en/faq/content/9/106/en/the-connection-to-the-server-failed-please-try-again.html I have tried to disable all plugins but the Blog2Social plugin but it didn’t solve the problem. The hosting company suggested that I should ask the developer of the Blog2Social plugin to whitelist the NAT IP address 193.202.110.17 of the hosting company. I have whitelisted both the IPv4 and the IPv6 of Blog2Social server IP addresses in Wordfence but it didn’t solve the problem. I’m using the Wordfence and Really Simple Security plugins. I’m only using the SSL part of Really Simple Security plugin. I don’t use the Firewall or the Vulnerability scan of Really Simple Security plugin. I have whitelisted both the IPv4 and the IPv6 of Blog2Social server IP addresses in Wordfence but it didn’t solve the problem. I have asked my hosting provider to whitelist Blog2Social server IPv4 and IPv6 address. I’m waiting for my hosting provider to respond to my request.
