I recently bought the Pro version and am very happy with it. Except I am wondering where the file uploads are stored on the back-end in the WordPress file system. I didn’t find that info in the documentation. Thanks. Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Uploaded files are stored in the default WordPress uploads directory, not in a custom plugin folder. In practice, this means: Files uploaded via Cost Calculator Builder are saved in /wp-content/uploads/ The exact subfolder depends on your WordPress upload settings (usually year/month , e.g. /uploads/2025/06/ ). The plugin only references the uploaded files in calculator submissions; it does not change the WordPress media storage mechanism. Because Cost Calculator Builder relies on WordPress core media handling, file storage, permissions, and limits are fully controlled by: WordPress upload settings Server PHP limits (upload size, post size) File/folder permissions on /wp-content/uploads/ This is why upload-related issues are usually environment- or server-related rather than plugin-specific.
