I don’t think any of those plugins would have caused any conflicts. What settings do you have for attachments with Yoast SEO Premium? I am not able to replicate the issue. Here are two attachments on my site which is running WordPress 5.0 Unattached: https://sebdumont.xyz/image/screenshot-2/ Attached: https://sebdumont.xyz/image/banner-772×250/ Both attachments return with the attachment permalink structure. I suggest cloning your site to a staging area and disable all plugins except this one and check one by one to see which is causing the issue. OK, I will take a look and see if I can replicate this issue. I don’t think any of those plugins would have caused any conflicts. What settings do you have for attachments with Yoast SEO Premium?

I am not able to replicate the issue. Here are two attachments on my site which is running WordPress 5.0 Unattached: https://sebdumont.xyz/image/screenshot-2/ Attached: https://sebdumont.xyz/image/banner-772×250/ Both attachments return with the attachment permalink structure. I suggest cloning your site to a staging area and disable all plugins except this one and check one by one to see which is causing the issue.
