“We’re preparing your data” been going on for 3 weeks now, nothing happens and no progress at all. I’ve tried to stop and restart the sync, but still nothing happens. Any suggestions how to proceed? At any rate, it does look like the full data synchronization stalled on your store without completing, so we’re going to restart the process manually.
