Does WebToffee Product Feed XML for Facebook support Meta checkout URL generation using wt_feed_facebook_product_checkout_link ? I added the official snippet through WPCode and as a custom plugin, refreshed the XML feed, but <g:link> still outputs /product/... and no products= appears.” weve tried everything and it does not change. I’m running DIvi wordpress hosted by Siteground. I’m using codesnippet to enter the code. no matter what we do or change, it still does not change the checkout. Here is the snippet WebToffee has on their website. Facebook shop requires a specific Checkout URL to be created or the store wont work. It wont let people checkout and does not transfer items to the cart. According to many sources including webToffee, this snippet iss uppposed to fi xit, but it does not change anything This topic was modified 3 days, 20 hours ago by kingskids . Hi @kingskids , Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your concern. To help the checkout URL work properly, please make sure the code snippet from the article is added to your active theme’s functions.php file or through a code snippets plugin. Once the snippet is added, kindly regenerate the product feed and sync the products again to your Meta shop. After that, please make sure the checkout URL is also configured and tested in your Meta Commerce Manager . You can do this from Commerce Manager → Settings → General → Shop details → Checkout URL . Once this is done, the checkout URL should work as expected. Kindly give it a try and let us know how it goes. If you run into any issues along the way, we’ll be happy to help further. i have done that a dozen times. I’ve cleared the cache and the SGcache in between, but the checkout URL created does not include the corrected words so I have not conncted it to the shop yet. THE checkout URL when inspected still shows the /product/ format Hi @kingskids , Thank you for getting back to us. We understand that you have already tried the suggested steps, but are still unable to connect your shop to Facebook. Normally, after adding the snippet and syncing the feed, you should be able to set up the checkout URL without any issues. In this case, could you please share the XML feed URL with us so we can check how the link is being generated in the feed? Also, if you face any error or difficulty while setting up or testing the checkout URL in Meta Commerce Manager, kindly share a screenshot or screen recording of the issue. If you are not comfortable sharing the feed URL publicly, you can share it privately via this link .
