They are refusing to refund us $279 for software we are not using. Pretty frustrating. Having to dispute the transactions with PayPal and my bank. All they had to do was refund the money. Silly. The trials of their software are pretty sketchy. It’s $1, but it automatically signs you up for the full payment 14 days later. Even reading the fine print is not clear.
