Please redownload it. Plugin Author BIN file is fine. This error occurs if the IP address of the visitor is not defined or it is not in the database. Or the visitor went to the site through a VPN or Tor browser. Please provide the details of the BIN file you are using (File name, size, date) and also the IP address of the visitor for investigation. IP2LOCATION-LITE-DB11.BIN – 01/01/2022 I went through the Tor browser and here 2a03:4000:39:8a6:48b0:5bff:fe6c:5401 – Visitor IP address. Illinois – Two-character country code based on ISO 3166. inoisIlliziIlocos Norte Ilocos SurIloiloImbaburaImeretiImisliImoInarajanIncheon-gwangyeoksi Indepen – Country name based on ISO 3166. Naperville – Region, province or state name. – City name. -88.147293 – Latitude of the city. 0 – Longitude of the city. -06:00 – ZIP/Postal code. – UTC time zone. Plugin Author BIN file is fine. This error occurs if the IP address of the visitor is not defined or it is not in the database. Or the visitor went to the site through a VPN or Tor browser.

Hi, The error is fixed in version 2.12.0. For IPv6, please make sure you downloaded the IPv6 database which includes both IPv4 and IPv6 records.
