supportI’m getting the message “ Warning: If you can still read these words after the page finishes loading, then there is a JavaScript or jQuery problem in the site “ I can’t select tabs or ‘click’ buttons, ie Backup now. I’ve seen some references to this issue in other posts, but can’t find a solution to clear the message and re-enable the plugin. I have tried removing and re-adding the plugin. I have a screen grab with the dev tools open, but there seems no way to add this to this request? Please advise. Thanks
Hi Can you upload your screenshots using this tool: https://snipboard.io/

It looks like you could have a conflict. Can you send me your php error logs or can you install a debugging plugin such as this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug-log-manager/ and let me know about any Fatal errors that you are seeing?
Hi Where do I find the PHP error logs to send? I installed the debug-log-manager but it is not showing anything (and yes, I did enable logging…!!!) Thanks

It looks like we are going to have to do this the manual way I am afraid (I was trying to spare you from this!) Can you deactivate all plugins and check if the issue is still there? If it isn’t can you reactivate your plugins one by one until you find the offending one and let us know which it is? If deactivating your plugins does not help can you do the same with your themes?
I deactivated all plugins – still getting the error message and unable to select/click anywhere. Tried to disable the theme, but the page that loads seems to have no CSS(?) controlling layout, etc? See screengrab: https://snipboard.io/0SwfzM.jpg
When you disable the theme can you select one of the defaultwp 202x ones? Can you also try downloading a fresh copy of the plugin and installing that?
Hi I got my service provider to update my PHP version to 8.3 (we were on 8.2). The site also identified two missing optional modules (imagick & intl) which have been enabled. I’m not sure which of these actions has resolved things, but I’m pleased to say that the Updraft plugin (and the theme appearance options) are all now working as expected again. I appreciate your assistance with getting this resolved – thanks. Regards Roger
