Hi, The plugin is working very well for the moment. What about the vat number verification by VIES. Apparently it doesn’t work on my website. Is it yet implemented? Ok great! Yes the VIES check is implemented and working correctly here. Is there any protection on your site making the answer from VIES impossible ? Else please make the test and send me your debug.log file. Ok then I would like to understand at which moment the verification by VIES is made. When you put a vat number valid or not do the system tell us at this moment that the number is valid or not? Or is it later? 2 steps check: – 1) vat number format is validated when you either: – change the country – change the plan you are subscribing for – 2) vat number is checked against VIES database when you submit the form, and yes an error would rise if it cannot be checked, is there any ?
