Very nice plugin, but there is one problem I noticed. When an order is marked with a customstatus and you are busy in the customstatussettings and delete that status to make a better one, then not only that status is gone but also the order itself. Oops! I was shocked because suddenly some orders disappeared in the woocommerce orderpage and those were not there anymore. I could repair it to make a new status with the same slug I have used before and voilá it appeared again. But it is not good of course. I guess you will repair this problem, so for now 4 stars and after repair 5 stars… This topic was modified 9 years, 4 months ago by stippie . Hi, Sorry for a slight delay. You are right – somehow I missed this, so thanks for pointing this out. I will release fix tomorrow. Best regards, Tom Hi again, I’ve just uploaded v1.2.0 – please update. Now there is new option in plugin’s settings “Fallback Delete Order Status” – there you can select to which status change the status of orders with deleted custom status. Please let me know if it’s working as expected. Best regards, Tom Hi, I updated to newest version and made a testorder with a teststatus and it works perfect now. When I delete that status, the order goes automatically to ‘on hold’, so that’s oke… because it stays in the admin and does not disappear anymore. Thanks for the quick fix! PS changing to which status it goes after deleting customstatus works also perfect! This reply was modified 9 years, 4 months ago by stippie . Just to be sure that you have noticed – you can set for deleted status order to change not to “On Hold”, but to any other status (it may be another custom status or any default WooCommerce status). You can select that status in plugin’s settings (in “WooCommerce > Settings > Custom Order Status”) with “Fallback Delete Order Status” option (by default it’s set to status “On Hold”). Best regards, Tom Yes I noticed and we changed it already to processing… Thank you very much! Emilia Sure, no problem. Please let me know if you notice any more bugs or have any ideas how to make plugin better. Best regards, Tom
