This plugin took down our revenue generating production site when we upgraded to version 4.0.3. First it caused our variation items to get all jumbled up and you could not add any variation items to the cart! Debug logs clearly showed this plugin was generating the conflict code. When I tried to disable the plugin, it took down the site with a fatal error, white screen of death. I had to delete it via FTP to even get our site back up. Terrible quality! We have been doing this for years and have not seen a payment plugin take down a site this hard. Hello @jasondoan I’m sorry to hear about your experience. The variable product issue you described is a known one that was reported shortly after release. We had a fix available very quickly, and it was reported several times on our support board . This is one of the reasons why I always recommend contacting support directly, as we are often able to provide workarounds or fixes within minutes for newly discovered issues. Regarding the fatal error when disabling the plugin, it’s difficult to determine the root cause without seeing the fatal error log. At this time, we are not aware of any widespread issue where disabling the plugin results in a fatal error of this kind. While fatal errors can unfortunately occur with any WordPress plugin under certain circumstances, they are not something we commonly see reported for this release. I sincerely apologize for the disruption this caused. Kind regards, Krystian
