I am having an issue with the latest version of your plugin where it only displays the suspend option on the members page. If I click suspend as an admin, I get a blank page with a 0 in the top left corner. I have tried rolling back and the only versions I get are 1.0.5 and earlier. Rolling back to 1.0.5, everything works as expected, and block is displayed. Clicking Suspend actually suspends the account as expected. I have tried to downgrade php 8.1 to 8.0 with no effect. Turning on wp debug shows no error and still only shows a white page with 0 in top left corner. I am reverting the version to 1.0.5 as this version at least works in the interim. Do you have any ideas of what else it could be? I would appreciate any insights you can give. The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hey @avonrivercs , Please follow the steps in our basic troubleshooting and let us now how you get on. Hi Ben, Following the basic troubleshooting guide and here is my findings. I have created a staging site to do the testing at https://ecupid.com.au/stage . I have updated plugin to 3.5.0 for testing. I have cleared my browser cache and even tried a browser that doesn’t save history. Same issue. I have disabled Nitropack plugin which has caching. I have disabled all plugins apart from Block Suspend Report, Elementor, Elementor header/footer and blocks, Classic Widgets, and Kirki Toolkit, (last 2 required by BuddyX theme) and Buddypress. Suspend does not work in admin login and block does not work in members login. I have switched to default themes Twenty twenty three and Twenty twenty one, with no difference. I have updated the permalink structure, again no difference. I have turned on debug and it doesn’t show an error at all, just a white screen with a zero 0 in the top left corner of screen. Hope this helps. Thank you very much – you’ve covered all the bases there. One more thing. Could you use Google/Safari/Firefox Developer tools in your browser, and tell me if you get any errors in the console log when you hit suspend? Hi Ben, sorry for the delay in replying, I have been busy doing other things, I did respond to your email earlier. I just checked the staging site and when I updated your plugin, I found that was working perfectly so I updated the live site again and I get no issue when suspending a member, so not sure what has changed, WordPress, Buddypress, Elementor? Anyway, it seems to be sorted now, thank you for your time in this matter.
