Hello, Just updated and I’m asked this: – Logo Showcase with Slick Slider database update required. but when proceeding I’m getting this: – Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. Please check, thanks. Hi @dsl225 Thanks for reaching out to us. It is very strange issue. Does your updater screen stuck anywhere? Have you refreshed it? The above error only comes when the DB update process is finished and try to access the page again. Does plugin is working properly? I appreciate your help in this. Hi, No, not stuck and refreshing doesn’t change anything, just brings back the update alert. I first get this message: https://pasteboard.co/GIhhQkJKBlV5.jpg and when clicking on it I get this: https://pasteboard.co/aX1os1BXl26R.jpg The plugin still works fine though. Hi @dsl225 Thanks for the screenshots. So you are still getting the “DB Upgrade” notice? right? It looks like there is a glitch of system and need to check deeply. Please reach out to our support page . I will help you my best. Yes, I was still getting the notice but everything was still working fine. But I found a solution in the meanwhile: I simply de-activated the plugin and re-activated it right after and when clicking on the “update” button everything worked fine. So, for me the issue is resolved and hope this might help you solve it for other users if they encounter the same. Many thanks! Hi, the problem remains. Clicking the Update Database button shows the message about no access to view this page (my site is not in English), with an URL after a domain /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=lswss_gallery&page=lswssp-db-update WordPress 5.7.4 PHP 7.3.33 The issue is that images set in vertical carousel are now resized to tiny icons and this is very unpleasing now. Hi @mattsrinc Thanks for providing the detailed information. Can you please de-activated the plugin and re-activated it? I hope it helps you. Thanks yet I did that (deactivate and activate plugin back) before posting my first message. Pressing Update Database gives the same “no access” message. Hi @mattsrinc Thanks for your patience. I have updated the plugin to version 2.0.1 with this fix. Please update to latest version and your problem will be solved. Many thanks! Yes, confirming it works. Thanks!
