Validations on checkout screen

I have certain validations like minimum cart amount of INR 999 without which my website does not allow to place orders. Is this taken care of in the app? Atleast in the preview app I dont see it working as expected and I am allowed to place orders for less than INR 999 also I am using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/minimum-order-amount-for-woocommerce/ for enforcing the rule on my website. I am also planning to add more validations like certain categories cannot be shipped (e.g. glass bottles or heavy items > 25 kgs) using some custom code in functions.PHP. Will the app support this?
