I’m experiencing this problem when people are submitting the form the following message shows up and people who are legitimate sending the form is not seeing the thank you page. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.” The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Hello @hirankings . I am unable to test the form. I get an error saying “You don’t have permission to access this page on this server.”. Is it the form on the homepage or is the form on a different page? @kofimokome That is the problem I’m seen. Isn’t that from the Message Filter for Contact Form 7 plugin? Try deactivating the plugin and see if it occurs I deactivated and now the form works. So for sure it’s this plugin This reply was modified 5 years, 1 month ago by hirankings . Can you explain again? which error are you seeing? “You don’t have permission to access this page on this server.” . Or “Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.”? I just tried the form again and I get this same error “You don’t have permission to access this page on this server.”. So I don’t think the plugin is the cause since the error still persists even after deactivating the plugin. This reply was modified 5 years, 1 month ago by Kofi Mokome .
