Hi, I am imported the ps_customers into WordPress database via phpMyAdmin and run the db-import.php script which has successfully added the users to wp_users. I installed the plugin and entered my COOKIE_KEY which I found in config/settings.inc.php When the user logs in its keeps saying “Password incorrect” I have check in the wp_users table and the password is still in Prestashop format. Please help? #Matt. https://wordpress.org/plugins/prestashop-user-compatibility/ Hi @sobermedia , I have no easy way for debugging this unfortunately. Do your users log in with their email address? Cheers!
