No instruction, website’s owner poor and the plugin isn’t even there, the plugin doesn’t work. Have you tried to install and enable plugin? If so have you checked the Users in Admin panel? I so didn’t you noticed the IP column? 🙂 That is it what this plugin does: shows the last ip of the registered wordpress users in admin panel near every user.
