Useless and Poor Customer Service

The plugin does not help to auto-post at all. The postings look terrible. There is no way to configure the plugin to properly format an Instagram or Pinterest post. The postings come across as spammy and nothing someone would click on. I had some issues when I first paid for the PRO plugin and never received any response from my support email. Terrible customer service. I ended up fixing the issue myself. If this company offered a guarantee I would have asked for my money back. I had to just delete the plugin and lose the money I paid for the pro version. These plugins should be banned, as I found out that Instagram and other social media sites can shut down your accounts for using them. I recommend not using this plugin. It is best to submit manually so your followers have a good experience. Using this plugin will only hurt your overall social media approach.
