Don’t run bulk updater. Even though I’ve unchecked “Set Image Caption for new uploads” and “Set Image Description for new uploads” and saved all settings, the bulk updater has still added them to every single photo, and that alone created a real mess on my site. Never again. Hello @sickleadz My name is Arun, the developer of the plugin. I am sorry for the frustration caused. The settings you unchecked are for new uploads. The setting itself says that, Set Image Caption for new uploads and Set Image Description for new uploads and so on. The bulk updater in the free version doesn’t come with granular settings and is configured to update every attribute. This is mentioned right above the bulk updater in a red warning as below. I guess you missed that. Please remember to take a database backup before running the bulk updater. The bulk updater updates ALL attributes for existing images in the Media Library and ignores the settings set for NEW uploads. Hope you made a database backup? I hope you can use it to revert back to the previous state.
