When we are trying to use this plugin you can see at the problem URL that the URL parameters are being applied to all the wordpress menu links on the website and sidebar. This causes issues when you click one such as news. It carries these over to that page re-writing all of the page URLs I have disabled JS in and the links still appear. I have tried using non plugin parameters such as domain.tld/?testing=this_is_a_test and these URL parameters are not carried over to the menu URLs. I have disabled the plugin and gone to the same problem URL and the parameters are no longer applied to the to level menu links or sidebar anymore. It is fairly important bug to get sorted as its really badly affecting menu links.
