Sounds like your site pulled a cached copy of the version of v6.3.13 from two days ago that was broken. Download v6.3.13 again anew from WP.org and delete and replace the existing plugin files and I guarantee the issue will be fixed. This was fixed two days ago. Please delete any existing SST plugin files and re-install version 6.3.13 from scratch to resolve the issue. Sorry for the inconvenience. – Brett

The update that caused the crash happened yesterday at 7:50pm. That does not appear to fit your timeline.

Sounds like your site pulled a cached copy of the version of v6.3.13 from two days ago that was broken. Download v6.3.13 again anew from WP.org and delete and replace the existing plugin files and I guarantee the issue will be fixed. OK, deleted simple sales tax, and then re-installed from WP. Upon activation everything is now working.
