review · 4 starsI was able to fix with help from support, but the actual way to fix it was going into ebay lister settings > categories > refresh categories. Now my review of this plugin is, its a great plugin, does pretty much everything including: 1. bulk listing from Woocommerce products page 2. Listing description templates 3. title attributes 4. price modifiers, %, flat etc 5. shipping return payment policies 6. sync – 24 hour It doesn’t completely suit my needs because I need 1 minute syncing but that an impossible ask anyway. Original message: You have to make listing profiles, it requires a primary category. Click select and a blank empty popup comes up. So its broken and impossible to create any listings. Hi @bricktoa Thanks for contacting support. Anytime you cannot select an eBay option or view details from your eBay account the first thing to do is to refresh your account details. To do this simply visit WP-Lister > Settings > Accounts > Click “refresh details”. Then after that, mouse over the account and click the “Update” link. Once that is complete you should be able to then select a category. If that does not fix this, please open a ticket here: https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ and provide a link to this forum post.
