supportWhen attempting to edit a page using Elementor, the side panel never completes loading, remaining greyed out with a loading wheel. Checking the console, I’m seeing a 500 response from admin-ajax.php POST https://[SITE_NAME_HERE]/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error) Finally, my WordPress debug.log contains the following error message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function ThePackKitExtensions\Elementor\wp_json_decode() in /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-pack-addon/includes/header-footer/includes/extensions/elementor/module.php:69 Stack trace: #0 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): ThePackKitExtensions\Elementor\Module->register_ajax_actions(Object(Elementor\Core\Common\Modules\Ajax\Module)) #1 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #2 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/common/modules/ajax/module.php(154): do_action('elementor/ajax/...', Object(Elementor\Core\Common\Modules\Ajax\Module)) #4 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(324): Elementor\Core\Common\Modules\Ajax\Module->handle_ajax_request('') #5 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(348): WP_Hook->apply_filters('', Array) #6 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php(517): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #7 /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php(192): do_action('wp_ajax_element...') #8 {main} thrown in /home4/wiscoob1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/the-pack-addon/includes/header-footer/includes/extensions/elementor/module.php on line 69 Other relevant information: WordPress 6.5.5 Elementor 3.23.2 Elementor Pro 3.23.1 The Pack 2.0.8.7
I’ve confirmed that disabling the plugin fixes the 500 error.
Please update to latest version and let me know .
Thank you very much for looking into this! It looks like I’m already on the latest version, 2.0.8.7, published 3 weeks ago. I’ve updated Elementor and Elementor Pro to v3.23.3, but the issue still remains.
