I have connected my C&P account via the settings. I have connected the Gravity forms C&P plugin to the form in question. When working on the form and using the C&P Connect Campaign field it is grey and does not show selections or the ability to select. I have an SSL, Captcha is on but not hooked up. Would not having captcha on stop me from seeing my campaigns in that selection box?
