When attempting to save this plugin’s settings, I get: Notice: Undefined index: email_ishtml in /.../wp-content/plugins/dm-confirm-email/models/plugin-page.php on line 22 Notice: Undefined index: send_welcome_html in /.../wp-content/plugins/dm-confirm-email/models/plugin-page.php on line 31 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /.../wp-content/plugins/dm-confirm-email/models/plugin-page.php:22) in /.../wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1196 I had unchecked the “Send as HTML?” checkbox, however the “Send Welcome Message?” checkbox was still checked. https://wordpress.org/plugins/dm-confirm-email/
