Hello, I am unable to pull thumbnails from Vimeo. I tried a public video to see if it had to do with my settings and I was unable to get the thumbnail of the public video. YouTube videos work as expected but not Vimeo. Can you advise? Same here, not sure if it’s because the video is private vs public, I tried both and still no go Hello? Any support here? I can confirm I’m having the same issue. The plugin isn’t generating any Vimeo thumbnails. I’ve tried numerous videos with different settings applied. Same here. Don’t know if this thread is to do with a plugin (I’m in my mobile right now), but I can’t get Vimeo thumbnails to display whether I paste the code, add via wordpress, add via Vimeo app into wordpress post Its infuriating! I’ve had a support ticket open for 2 months with Vimeo, and can get no help whatsoever despite submitting it twice now. Has anybody managed fix this? At all? No difference with public, private, unlisted etc. I’ve tried every variation. Shows on the website, but not on WP reader or when a post goes via email. I’ve tried two different themes, and two different blogs. No change and no joy… Any thoughts from anyone? Desactive this plugin and active this https://es-ar.wordpress.org/plugins/video-thumbnails/ . It works
