Unable to load jQuery

Hi, i have this error message after installing plugin: Unable to load jQuery from WordPress core, this Setting page might not work as expected. I try to chenge theme and disable plugin, but nothing. I don’t seem to be able to reproduce the problem just by looking at the configuration provided by the “Simple System Status” plugin, so that’s not helping me to find and fix this issue. Alternatively, if you don’t trust me accessing your website (which is understandable), could you provide me with a complete website backup (maybe made with Duplicator https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ ), so I can experiment locally on my computer without the risk of anything bad happening to your website? Let me know if you can do that so we can agree on how to proceed, I’m afraid that I won’t be able to help otherwise, thanks Federico
