Thanks for providing all these details. The error seems to come form some very old data in your DB, which is stored in an old format. The solution I propose is to remove a row stored in your options table, which is called shortqwp_SPIO . I only recommend doing this if you are comfortable operating directly on your website’s database, otherwise please ask for your host’s technical assistance, or a WordPress developer. The steps would be the following: Create a full backup of your database, to restore it in case something goes wrong Go to PHPMyAdmin on your webhost and locate the options table (by default, it is called wp_options , but many hosts change the default prefix.) Go to “Search” and in the option_name filed add shortqwp_SPIO , then click on search After the option is displayed, click on “Delete” to remove it from the database Go to wp-admin and deactivate, then reactivate ShortPixel Image Optimizer Normally, the error should go away and the DB option should be re-created with the correct format. If you still encounter errors, please let us know.
