review · 5 starsYep, you need to sort this asap. I’ve had two client websites showing a ‘Critical Error’, fortunately I guessed it was this plugin and was correct, deactivating a plugin via FTP fixes the site problem. They will be left without it until you let me know of a fix, thanks.
Hi @bloohair We apologize for the issue caused by the latest update. We are aware of it and are working on a fix. For the time being, you can continue using version 3.4.10. You can rollback by accessing the “recovery mode” via the link sent to the admin of the site via email, or by accessing the wp-content/plugins/ folder from your FTP client and deleting the facebook-for-woocommerce folder from there. Once you have deleted it, you can download it again, either from your WordPress dashboard, or from the Plugin page . Kind regards, Marija
