Hi, dont you see the two choose file buttons? Hi @wooord We’ve tested our plugin in our local enviourment with same shortcode as you have setup on your website. The file upload buttons are works good. See attachement. I saw that in your website, Our plugin CSS is not loading correctly. Would you please share your website health report with us so we can see which plugins you have setup and conflict? If you have installed any website optimization plugin then deactivated first for some time and then test the form again. If the issue is still the same then please create a new support request here and share your website login credentials there. So we easily identify your issue and fix that asap. Hi, I cant post a ticket, I have no purchase code… No optimization tool running. Could it be, that this is only a CSS issue, there are always two choose file buttons, but the one genereated by the system is just not displayed? If this is the case, I going to fix this myself. unfortunately the Live Preview on CodeCanyon dosnt work, otherwise I would look it up myself.
Hi @wooord Yes, You’re right. That is the case. You have been facing a CSS issue. We’ve hided the system generated button and added our own button for uploading a multiple files. Would you please add below CSS in plugin file or your CSS file? .zl-form-control-wrap input, .zl-form-control-wrap .mfcf7_zl_delete_file { display: none; } Let me know the result. Thanks.
