every hour to the twitter x token gets expired, how can i fix this or do i need the pro version? Hi @jerrytoet , Thanks for reaching out. Could you please contact us through our support system and provide a few more details about the issue? We’d like to investigate this further to determine why the Twitter/X token is expiring every hour. Once we have more information, we’ll be happy to assist you. Thanks! Hi @jerrytoet Sorry for the confusion in our previous response. If you’re referring to the Twitter/X access token expiring after one hour, please note that this is controlled by the Twitter/X API. Twitter/X access tokens are typically valid for about 2 hours. Our plugin automatically checks the token every 30 minutes in the background and tries to renew it before it expires, so the connection should continue working without interruption. Could you please provide a bit more detail about your question? Are you experiencing an issue where the access token is not renewing automatically on your site? Or are you asking whether it’s possible to extend the token expiry time from one hour (or two hours) to a longer period, such as unlimited? Please let us know, and we’ll be happy to clarify further. Hi @jerrytoet , We haven’t heard back from you, so we went ahead and tested this on our end. We verified that the Twitter/X access token is renewing correctly, and everything is working as expected. We also tested it after reconnecting the account, and the automatic token renewal continued to work without any issues. Since we haven’t been able to reproduce the problem and haven’t received any additional details, I’ll go ahead and mark this topic as resolved for now. If you’re still experiencing the issue, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our support system with more details. We’ll be happy to investigate and help you resolve it. Thank you!
