supportI am setting up Twitter button via your dashboard site. When testing the Twitter button I get: We are sorry but our system has encountered an unexpected condition that prevented it from fulfilling the request. A notification has been send to our quality assurance team and we will immediately look into this issue!
Also Youtube forms a problem. I received this email: Thanks for your patience while we reviewed your project. Hello, the issue with Twitter has already been fixed. The problem with Youtube is likely due to a misconfiguration of the Youtube app. Could you please open a support ticket in your OneAll account? This allows us to have all the required information to give you an answer. Best Regards,
Just downloaded v5.7 and I’m still getting the same 500 error as above.
What fixed this for me was having Elevated access in Twitter.
