Hi everyone, I’m using the Visualizer plugin to create some responsive charts and tables for my WordPress site, but I’m running into an issue. When I select certain tools (like editing or updating a chart), nothing happens, and I can’t seem to proceed. Has anyone else faced this problem? Could it be a compatibility issue, or am I missing something in the setup? I’d appreciate it if you could provide some troubleshooting steps or technical details on what might be causing this. For context, I’m using the free version of the plugin and running WordPress on [add details like PHP version, WordPress version, etc. if needed]. Thanks in advance for the help! Hi @cuevicksupp , This could be caused by a plugin conflict, can you attempt a plugin conflict check on your site by following this guide we have created – https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1112-theme-doesnt-work-as-expected-troubleshooting-guide Let us know how it goes, thank you!
