I had thought that any plugin offered here at WordPress.org was supposed to be full-functioning. This doesn’t seem to be the case with this; there is some sort of weird nag message saying “License Error : (4) license expired!” when I first install the plugin. Creepy! I couldn’t uninstall it fast enough. http://wordpress.org/plugins/about/guidelines/ From here you can download working version (i am using RichTextEditor for WordPress 3.3+ for WP4.1) And its working nice for now. Good luck
