Hi there! I’m trying to use your translation plugin, but every time I click on translate, I get error saying “Translation failed: Unknown error”. However, after a while, I get the translated post into the dashboard. I have PHP memory limit set to 1024M and max execution time to 120. Do you have any idea why it may be happening please? Thanks! The page I need help with: [ log in to see the link] Which AI model are you using? You need to use a non-thinking model, such as Gemini 2.5 Flash Light or GPT mini, for translation tasks. Thinking models are not required for this purpose and may lead to request timeout errors. Hi, Thanks for your reply. Currently, I’m using Claude Sonnet 4.6, which may explain the timeout issue. I’ll switch to a non-thinking model like GPT-5 mini and test again. I have a couple of follow-up questions: Best model for high-quality translation I’m not only looking for literal translation, but for content that feels native in each language (including adapting phrasing and context when needed). Which model do you recommend for this kind of natural, localized translation across multiple languages? Issue with Essential Addons tables (Elementor) I’m using tables from the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin, and I noticed that the content inside these tables is not being translated. Is this a known limitation? Is there a way to make the plugin detect and translate table content (e.g., via custom fields, selectors, or compatibility settings)? Example post: https://blog.alifbee.com/nouns-in-arabic-guide/ The tables were translated manually. Thanks again for your support! Hi, The issue you’re experiencing is likely related to the model you’re using. Claude Sonnet 4.6 is not optimized for translation tasks, it’s a high-reasoning model that takes longer to respond, which can lead to request timeout errors. For better performance, I recommend switching to faster models like GPT-5 Mini or Gemini 2.5 Flash Light. These are more suitable for translation and should give you more reliable results. Regarding Elementor or any related third-party integrations, please note that this functionality is only available in the Pro version. If you are a Pro customer, I won’t be able to assist you further here, you’ll need to contact official customer support through the proper channels. Thanks for your understanding. Hi, Thanks for your response. I’m actually using the Pro version of the plugin. Could you please guide me on how to access official support? Where can I submit a support ticket or contact the Pro support team? Thanks in advance! Since you’re using the Pro version, you can contact the official support team directly through the plugin menu. You’ll find a Contact Us page in the plugin menu inside your WordPress dashboard. From there, you can submit a support ticket and the team will follow up with you. Hi, Thanks for your guidance. I’ve checked the plugin menu in my WordPress dashboard (Polytranslate AI), but I only see “Settings” and “Account”—there is no “Contact Us” page or support option available. Could you please confirm where exactly this option should appear, or provide a direct link to the support page? Thanks for your help!
