Hi @olikanagold77 Thanks for reaching out to us. In order to assist you, please provide us with additional information. Do you have a multistore or a multilanguage store? Additionally, in case of a multilanguage store, if you have any third-party plugin installed for multilanguage → this could be the cause of the issue, as the Packlink PRO plugin doesn’t guarantee compatibility with other plugins. Furthermore, you can check in your backoffice(wp-admin) under the Section WordPress updates > Translations if there are any Translation updates available. Thank you in advance, Best regards
Hi, I have a wordpress multisite. Each site is well set up with the language in the settings. My main .com (french) es. (spanish) and en. (english). Botch spanish and english work but the french version (.com) still in english. Everything is up to date.

I have to report the very same problem on my single-language (Italian) website. The text “Select drop off location” is always being displayed in English, even if the entry is present in the packlink-pro-shipping-it_IT .mo and .po language files. Any suggestion on how to fix it? Thanks!
