supportHello, since I still have the problem like many others with the entry in the database. What is the wpsi DB record for track ajax search and what what value must be entered? I tried it with wpsi_track_ajax etc and value 1. Thanks a lot. Best regards Jack
Hello @firefliespilots , I apologize for the slow response and any inconvenience you’ve experienced with the plugin not functioning as expected. Together, I hope we can identify and resolve the issue at hand. A potential fix has been developed, but since I am unable to reproduce the issue personally, your assistance in testing the solution would be invaluable. I suspect there may be a conflict with the settings saving feature, so the plugin has been updated in a Github branch to use a settings section with a different name and prefixes. This should enable you to save the general settings without any issues. Please follow the steps below to test the updated version of the plugin: Download the .zip file from this link: https://github.com/Mark-met-een-K/wp-search-insights/tree/wpsi_settings-rename Extract the contents and rename the folder to ‘wp-search-insights’ (replacing ‘wp_search_insights_wpsi_settings-rename’). Rezip the folder to create a new wp-search-insights.zip file. Upload the .zip file to an existing or new installation of the plugin. Your help in testing this fix is greatly appreciated. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Hello @markwolters , Ok, thank you very much. I have installed the plugin from github. Unfortunately it did not bring any solution. The problem is still there. All the settings still can not be activated. Neither on rocket.net nor on cloudways servers. Thank you. Greetings and have a nice weekend Jack
