I have already solved my problem by deleting the plugin, i will never install this plugin again I really sorry that it happened. There are so many environment configurations and it could produce nonstandard behavior. How about to resolve this issue and get the license for free? We have been waiting 3 days. The user hasn’t used our free help. sorry to say but i don’t want to use your plugin again. OK. Could you give the PHP log file for analyze to prevent the same situation on other people who really need this plugin? In 2.8.2, a bug was fixed that could cause your problem.
