@claudiamathiaslauramaria Thanks for the report and the link to the affected page. I confirmed that the Jetpack connection on your site is working properly. The issue (thumbnails not showing but full images loading when clicked) indicates something is blocking the connection between your server and Jetpack’s Image CDN. The Tiled Gallery block always uses our CDN for thumbnails. Please check: Security plugins like Wordfence, All-In-One WP Security, or Sucuri can block Jetpack requests. Temporarily deactivate these to test. Ask your hosting provider if they’re blocking requests from the Photon/1.0 user agent, or if Jetpack’s IPs need to be allowlisted: Jetpack IPs Clear your cache if you’re using a caching plugin. Let me know how it goes.
Hi thank you for your answer. The hosting provider was whitelisting the Jetpack-IPs you mentioned above and now it works again. Best regards and thank you for your help.
Howdy @claudiamathiaslauramaria – that is awesome, I’m happy we were able to help you out. 🙂
