This plugin does well to help ical export ome into outlook (at least outlook 2013) correctly. I did not see it making a separate calendar on the single events as the plugin suggested it might. It does not however fix the event listing to export all of the events without making a separate calendar. Some improvements that could be made would be to add an admin panel that then allows me to rename the “iCal Export” button to “iCal / Outlook Export” — which I coded myself into the plugin itself. And it would be great if the .ics file exported could be switched from the description to the excerpt, which I also coded myself so that my shortcodes did not come over in the calendar description. I know those last two items are really on TEC’s side of things, but since your plugin touches those areas, there might be a way to hook into those areas and allow them to be editable on your end. Cheers!
