This plugin delete all images. Don’t use it 😡 This topic was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by webkitvn . Hi @webkitvn , We are truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand your frustration. The issue you described is certainly not the intended behavior of our plugin. Our team takes such concerns very seriously, and we would like to investigate what went wrong in your case. In our plugin’s “Detect and Delete Unused Images” feature, when you try to delete unused images and click on the “View Unused Images” option, it takes you to a page where a list of all unused images is displayed. Then, you can select the unused images you want to delete as per your choice, or you can also opt for bulk deletion. However, no matter how you choose to delete them, before the deletion, our plugin gives a pop-up warning message asking, “Are you sure you want to delete these? The data and their associated files will be completely erased. This action can’t be undone!” Please see the attachment here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o5Jz7GA1JS0qxyfbVusDT4ugwg3SGOSO/view?usp=sharing So, without your confirmation, our plugin does not delete the unused images. After pressing “OK” on that pop-up message, the images are deleted with your consent. I think you may have accidentally chosen the bulk delete option and missed noticing the warning in the pop-up message and pressed “OK”. Besides, our plugin never deletes unused images without the user’s consent, and the deletion process only starts after the user permits by pressing “OK” on the pop-up message. Please let us know if the same scenario has happened in your case. And if not, could you kindly explain the details in more depth? Could you please provide more details about your setup and any steps leading up to the issue? We’ll do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible. If you need any kind of help, please let us know about it. Best regards, Nazifa Bhuiyan https://www.trustpilot.com/review/pluggable.io please review this company in trustpilot too. I got a similar case and I get no communication from them and no refund as well.
