I purchased Eventin Pro and, within a few days, requested the promised refund and pointed out serious bugs. I was then asked repeatedly to provide proof of these issues, instead of the company investigating my specific reports themselves. This company clearly intends to prevent the refund. This borders on fraud. Never again. This topic was modified 3 weeks ago by mzapfe . This topic was modified 3 weeks ago by mzapfe . Hi @mzapfe , I am truly sorry to hear about your experience, and I sincerely apologize for any frustration our process has caused you. Our goal is never to delay a refund, but rather to understand the specific technical issues so we can fix them for you and all our users. Regarding the shortcode and calendar issues you mentioned, our team reached out multiple times starting April 21st to get specific details or screenshots so we could investigate and resolve them immediately, as the issue is not generated on our end and any of our users end. Because every WordPress environment is unique, seeing how the issue behaves on your specific setup helps us identify if it is a bug or a conflict. We genuinely want to help and make this right. If you can provide any specific details about where the errors are occurring, we are ready to fix them for you right away. Alternatively, please reach us more, and we will ensure your case is handled according to our policy. Best regards, M Mahbub Just been in touch with support via chat about a failing license activation issue. They have been truly helpful and together we pinpointed the source of the problem. It turned out to be a security tightening that impacted few customers. They’re working on a fix within the next few days. Also requested a refund since I bought a second license to see if that would fix the issue. Refunded without delay.
