They didn’t send me the Plugin and didn’t answer my emails

They plugin itself looks good, by I had a really bad customer experience. They obviously had problem sending me the Pro Plugin and the license code I paid $50 for. I wrote them tons of mails, but they didn’t answer or asked me things we have talked about already. I never received the plugin and when I asked them to give me my money back they didn’t answer as well. I tried anything, even with an email from Gmail to Gmail they didn’t answer. I even gave them my telephone number. No one contacted me. I tried that for two month. Ok there can be technical issues no problem, but if they would really have wanted to help me, they could. There’s enough meanness in the world. We all know anything can happen with technology, email, file transfers, etc. Just work through it like professionals! My goodness! Yes you are right. Ok, finally it worked. I changed to ****. 🙂
