The number of new messages shown on the red circle and the drop down menu is different, the number of new messages in drop down menu is correct. and when this happen, no sound alert Hi @tonygao Sorry, you faced an issue. If two same type messages come from the same user. BuddyPress shows only one notification mentioning “2 messages from user1” but the message count will always be 2 for them. I think you consider it as an issue. about the no sound alert. I am checking it. Thanks

Hi @tonygao Sorry, you faced an issue. If two same type messages come from the same user. BuddyPress shows only one notification mentioning “2 messages from user1” but the message count will always be 2 for them. I think you consider it as an issue. about the no sound alert. I am checking it. Thanks
