After making the changes, I attempted to save them, but unfortunately, it’s not working. Hi there, I hope you’re well. To check what is happening, please send us a video of the issue so we can try to replicate it in our local installation. We’ll remain at your disposal. Hi Facundo, Please see the screen recording here https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/6ig37n0dr8x8q44qcser7/yith-infinite-scroll-save-issue.mov?rlkey=vp6hgmjq5a44easlw797nfho0&st=wcf2ubz3&dl=0 Thanks. This reply was modified 1 year, 3 months ago by webrevnz . Hi there, Thanks for the video. I couldn’t replicate the issue you mentioned in my local installation, so I suggest you try disabling the other plugins in your site and then check if the issue is solved. If so, then you will need to enable the other plugins again until you find the one causing the issue. We’ll remain at your disposal. Hi Facundo, Apologies for the delayed response. We have tried disabling all the plugins, but we still encounter the same issue. We tested the other website that initially had version 2.0.0, and it worked fine. However, when we updated the plugin to version 2.1.0, the same problem started occurring. Interestingly, there are no errors visible in the console, so we’re not sure what’s causing this. Hello there! Could you, please, make one more test? Please, use a default wp theme too along with no other enabled plugins. Let us know if the problem persists. I am having the same issue – here is a video of the problem with no plugins enabled and a default theme https://www.loom.com/share/bfba8b553f294f0da48cd3fcb805a38d Same issue here with any 2.x version on a fresh install, had to roll back to latest 1.x in order to be able to change settings and update again. It seems like there are no events attached to the save / reset buttons. I tried to disable all the plugins, no luck. The strange thing is that another install with the same plugin setup have 2.x running just fine
