Hey, we have been using Relevanssi for a long time. The search results are usually perfect. Yesterday I installed Relevanssi Live Ajax Search. Unfortunately, the live query delivers very inaccurate or no results. If I press Enter I get to the search page, which gives the results perfectly. What is going wrong? Are you sure the “Hersteller Nr.” field is indexed? Yes, the manufacturer number is indexed. What you see there is the search results page with relevanssi, it works perfectly. I’ll turn the live search back on. Ok, I tried searching for a manufacturer number before and it didn’t work in the main search either. But perhaps I just misspelled the number. It’s hard to say what’s wrong here. The Live Search should return the usual Relevanssi results. It’s possible some third party is interfering here somehow.

Right now there doesn’t seem to be any live search on the site, so I can’t see what’s wrong with it. Can you provide some example of the results you’re getting from the live search?

It seems to depend on the search terms. Searching for “lievers” returns the same results as the main search. Are you sure the “Hersteller Nr.” field is indexed?

Yes, the manufacturer number is indexed. What you see there is the search results page with relevanssi, it works perfectly. I’ll turn the live search back on.
