The description was misleading. Big disappointment. You have to buy the pro version just for the essence (custom order statuses email), even though this was not marked as a pro function in the description. Hi @malaga16 Thank you for your time and reviewing our plugin. However, there is a misunderstanding. ShopMagic FREE does support custom order statuses (as well as custom placeholders, filters and events). It is clearly written in our documentation. Here’s the link https://docs.shopmagic.app/article/1032-does-shopmagic-support-custom-order-statuses Would you please reconsider your rating? You can create a support thread if you have questions regarding this feature. Still – it is possible in free plugin version . I just double-checked it. Ok, I will check again it soon as possible.
