supporthi there, i am stuck and can’t believe that there is no option for aligning text within the bar. the align option of the blocks are being ignored in my case. maybe some css wizard could help? thanks a lot! kai

hi @swathiswpfront now the text is centered. and i would like it aligned left. not totally left in the browserwindow (i am talking about the desktop version of the site) but left aligned with the content of the website. i really am surprised that there is no option and that the alignments in the block text element don’t work. best wishes, kai

Hello @iturtle , After enabling the ‘Set Maximum Width for Message’ option, you can add the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option to align the text to the left. #wpfront-notification-bar div.wpfront-message p{float:left;} Thanks!
hi @swathiswpfront , thanks for your reply! but this is what i mentioned in my first post here. then the message ist aligned to the very left of the browser window. that looks not good and is no solution – i am sorry to say. i cant attach screenshots here and had to delete the code again, for it is a live site. why is there no simple option for this? there are so many options for lots of things but not for a simple case like align left? please let me know what else i can do before switching to a different plugin. thanks a lot! kai
question: should it work with text aligned left in a block? or is it just my websites? i tested it on 2 websites. one a very very simple one with very few plugins. if i activate Set Maximum Width for Message on the simple website the text does go to the very left of the browser window. looks terrible. if i deactivate Set Maximum Width for Message the text is centered again… This reply was modified 2 years, 3 months ago by kai .
