Thanks! of course. i thought it would be relevant… 😉 https://mexico-chair.com Hello @iturtle , Could you please provide more details on how you would like to align the text in the notification bar? Thanks! hi @swathiswpfront now the text is centered. and i would like it aligned left. not totally left in the browserwindow (i am talking about the desktop version of the site) but left aligned with the content of the website. i really am surprised that there is no option and that the alignments in the block text element don’t work. best wishes, kai hi there, what might be the problem? do you need more information from me? Hello @iturtle , After enabling the ‘Set Maximum Width for Message’ option, you can add the following CSS code in the Custom CSS option to align the text to the left. #wpfront-notification-bar div.wpfront-message p{float:left;} Thanks! hi @swathiswpfront , thanks for your reply! but this is what i mentioned in my first post here. then the message ist aligned to the very left of the browser window. that looks not good and is no solution – i am sorry to say. i cant attach screenshots here and had to delete the code again, for it is a live site. why is there no simple option for this? there are so many options for lots of things but not for a simple case like align left? please let me know what else i can do before switching to a different plugin. thanks a lot! kai question: should it work with text aligned left in a block? or is it just my websites? i tested it on 2 websites. one a very very simple one with very few plugins. if i activate Set Maximum Width for Message on the simple website the text does go to the very left of the browser window. looks terrible. if i deactivate Set Maximum Width for Message the text is centered again… This reply was modified 2 years, 3 months ago by kai . Hello @iturtle , After enabling the ‘Set Maximum Width for Message’ feature, you will need to use the Custom CSS option to align the text correctly. To do so, you can utilize the float and margin-left properties. If you face any difficulty with this issue, it might be beneficial to contact your theme developer for further assistance. Thanks! hi @swathiswpfront , i already did exactly that! what did you understand? how can i describe it better? how can i send screenshots to you? maybe that helps? thanks again 😮‍💨 kai any news regarding the “problem”? so there seems to be no option or solution for my simple request? i will look for an alternative now. what a waste of time and energy!!!
